Who We Are
Harder To Kill Community Fitness, is a training facility for the community built on one simple belief: fitness should work for real people with real lives.
We’re not about quick fixes, fads, or the latest influencer routine. We’re all about training that actually makes you stronger, leaner, and healthier in ways that carry over into your everyday life.
Our coaches are here to teach you, guide you, develop you & encourage you, and most importantly, make sure you’re training safely and effectively. Every member, from first-timers to seasoned athletes, gets attention, support, and coaching.
Because at HTK, there are no egos. Just people who want to feel better, move better, and live better.
What Do We Do?
At HTK, we train Functional Fitness. That means:
Strength that matters - Picking up a barbell in here helps you pick up your kids, carry your shopping, or move through life pain-free.
Cardio that counts - Conditioning that builds endurance for more than just a workout; it gives you energy for the all the things you love outside the gym.
Mobility that lasts - Because being able to squat, reach, jump, and move well at 40, 50, or 60 is worth more than any six-pack.
Community that keeps you going – Training hard is easier (and more fun) when you’re surrounded by people chasing the same goals.
Each session is coached, structured, and scaled. You’ll never be left to figure things out on your own. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll walk in knowing exactly what to do and walk out having pushed further than you thought possible.
How Our Sessions Work
Every HTK class follows a clear, proven structure:
Warm-Up - Movement & Mobility, to prime your body for the session.
Mechanics / Strength / Skill - A block of training that builds power, strength, or specific skills (think pull-ups, lifting, or double-unders). This is where our progressive programming is built into blocks, so we can measure our progress regularly
Workout of the Day (WOD) - A high-energy mix of strength, cardio, and conditioning. Scalable so everyone can meet the stimulus, regardless of your ability
Cool Down & Stretch - To keep you moving well tomorrow.
The magic is in the variety. No two workouts are the same. You’ll train across different movements, time domains, and challenges. That’s how your body adapts, grows, and avoids the dreaded plateau.

We keep it simple:
Unlimited Membership – Train as much as you want. For those who want the full HTK experience and maximum progress. Most Recommended
3x Per Week Membership – The sweet spot for some members. Just 3 sessions a week is enough to build serious fitness and strength.
Drop-Ins & Class Packs – For visitors or those wanting sporadic flexibility. Perfect for casual drop ins. Not recommended for long term results
No hidden fees. No gimmicks to try and trap you. Just options that fit your lifestyle and goals. Want 1:1 PT Sessions? We do that too! Want a private slot with just your family or close friends? We have availability for that!!

A free consultation with one of the coaches. No workout. No pressure. No expectations. Just come and see what we can prescribe for your goals.
Step 2 – Book An On Ramp Package
1:1 our coaches will help you with the foundations, teach you safe technique, and guide you through 5 1:1 sessions, every step, to build confidence before joining group sessions
Step 3 – Join a Bring-A-Buddy Event
Come and train with a friend who is already a member, experience the HTK energy, and see why people stay for the community
